Tips before opening your account online:
In order to open an account online, the applicant must:
How do I deposit money into the new account?
The minimum balance to open is waived for accounts opened online. However, we do need at least $0.01 deposited into the account within the first 45 days of account opening, otherwise the account will be closed. You can set up direct deposit, transfer money from a linked account, deposit a check through our mobile app or deposit cash at any branch location.
Can I open an account online if I’m already a Citizens National Bank customer?
If you’re already a CNB customer, simply log in to your Online Banking and select “Open an Account” on the dashboard menu. We already have your ID and personal information on file and will not need to identify you.
Will a debit card be mailed to me?
Yes; debit cards for checking accounts are typically received in 5-7 business days after the account is funded. We do not offer debit cards on savings accounts.

I am having issues with the ID scan. What should I do?

Can I add a joint owner?
