CNB Welcomes New Chief Operations Officer

Citizens National Bank (CNB) has announced the addition of Jeff Frederick as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.

He exemplifies the core values of our organization, which include integrity, honesty, hard work and dedication, as well as serving our communities and clients,” stated Jason Holliman, President and CEO of CNB. “Widely recognized for his visionary leadership in large-scale transformations, Jeff brings expertise in executive consultation, team building, change management, and process optimization.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining CNB, Jeff served as the Director of Transformation at Cadence Bank, where he strategically oversaw successful merger and acquisition integrations, spearheaded enterprise change, managed IT projects, and ensured regulatory compliance. Jeff initiated his banking career at Regions Bank, where he held positions in banking operations and process improvement, laying the foundation for his comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Before entering the banking sector, Jeff served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, deploying overseas multiple times to support Operation Iraqi Freedom and the country’s Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary efforts. His military background instilled valuable leadership traits that contributed to his success in the corporate world.
